Indie Loop Channel does not produce, edit, or control the creative assets uploaded by independent artists. We act solely as a passive conduit for the distribution and display of digital media provided directly by verified creators.
2. Creator Content Submission & Broadcast Agreement
By uploading video content, metadata, or digital media assets to indieloopchannel.com, all creators and artists agree to the following binding terms:
Representation of Ownership: I am aware of any potential restrictions to my ability to publish this content, and have confirmed that I:

Indemnification & Hold Harmless: I hereby agree to hold harmless Indie Loop Channel, indieloopchannel.com, and ownership from any and all realized or potential infringement upon copyright, rights to royalties, and digital media claims. And, by uploading content to indieloopchannel.com, any and all claims of realized or potential infringement upon copyright, rights to royalties, and digital media claims rest solely on me.
3. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) & Takedown Policy
